The Villa its 180 m2 was newly built in 2009. The villa is on the first row direct on the beach of Bang Por and is fitted with a chemical free private swimming pool and integrated Jacuzzi. The guests have a very nice view on the beach, on the sea and on the next island of Koh Phangan from the large roofed terrace. Ceiling fans, sitter and a large dining table provide coziness in the shade.

The Laguna Beach has 3 bedrooms fully independent with their own entry access, fitted with queen size bed, dressing room and bathroom with shower, mini fridge with soft drinks, coffee & tea facility and terrace with sitting. Each bedroom has air conditioning & ceiling fan, plasma cable TV & DVD player. Each of the 2 upstairs bedrooms can accommodate one child on a cozy sofa located in a corner of the room.

The built-in kitchen is well equipped. The main room is fitted with a TV screen with DVD player & library and with an office corner desk with PC and Wi-Fi internet connection where you can check your e-mails or phone to the world on Skype.

The private swimming pool (surface 30m2) attached to the house is 1.6m deep with its own Jacuzzi. The water filtering system is chemical free and so no chlorine is used.

This villa provides enough space for 6++ persons in a luxurious garden. Snorkeling at the reef in between colorful coral & fishes is only 30 meters away the beach.
