Inclusive daily maid service, security, superb fast fibre Wi-Fi, IPTV covering virtually every world TV channel, on-site parking, free kayaks and even a fully staffed cheap laundry on site.  It sleeps up to 8 persons.

Walk to excellent, very reasonable Thai seafood and restaurants just along the beach. If you are a Golfer – the Santiburi Golf Course is just 10 minutes away.  Beach lovers can relax directly outside the Villa along Bang Por Beach, one of the finest on Koh Samui - - and still quiet – just local traffic!  

Laguna SANDS has the ultimate beachfront location, just a few short steps to your stretch of white sand beach which directly fronts the villa or if you prefer to relax by the side of your own private saltwater pool to the side of the house. 

Laguna SANDS is decorated in a traditional Thai style - the interior décor was originally completed by top Anglo-Asian designer Suzy Nina with quality furnishings and fittings throughout, scattered with antiques that add an extra exclusive feel.  All four bathrooms have been completely refurbished.  A super-fast fibre Wi-Fi connection is now available with an IPTV 55" Screen and sound system.  A separate Spa facility was added, the a private 20-foot saltwater pool to the side of the property fronts the Spa and the sea.  Daily maid service is included in the rent - extra time or the services of a cook or baby sitter, masseuse and/or beauticians are all available at and payable at local rates.  There are also resident gardeners and security guard, alarms and a safe. Laundry of frequently changed bedding and towels is taken care of by your maid.  Personal items can be laundered on site at a very small local cost.

The exquisite master bedroom suite with its huge bougainvillea filled balcony has a “Royal Style” canopied king size bed. Luxuriant soft furnishings throughout the housewhich unveil spectacular sea views from almost every window, with fabulous seasonal sunsets over Ang Thong Marine Park to the west and sunrises over Koh Phangan to the north east add an extra memorable dimension to your stay.

Direct flights serving our local airport from/to Bangkok (50 minutes) Phuket (40 minutes) and also nonstop from Singapore (1 hour 20 minutes), Kuala Lumpur (1 hour) Penang (1 hour) and Hong Kong (2.30 hours).  Many boat and ferry services to adjoining islands and the mainland are all within a 20-minute drive from the house.  Thai Airways now also fly to Koh Samui as do Bangkok Airways.

The beauty of the villa is that you can eat in or out - perhaps cook your own BBQ on the beach or have a takeaway meal delivered. There are many excellent (and cheap) Thai and Seafood restaurants within an easy walk along the Beach.
